environment = the surroundings or conditions in which a person, animal, or plant lives or operates; the setting or conditions in which a particular activity is carried on; the overall structure within which a user, computer, or program operates; the natural world, as a whole or in a particular geographical area, esp. as affected by human activity; habitat, territory, domain; surroundings, environs, conditions; situation, setting, millieu, bachground, backdrop, scene, location; context, framework; sphere, world, realm; ambience, atmosphere; nature, the earth, the planet, the ecosystem, the biosphere; wildlife, flora and fauna, the countryside, ... Wir werden maßstabslos, also im realen Raum arbeiten, drinnen, draussen, auch schriftlich, aber vor allem direkt umgesetzt. Environments sind Multimedia-Produkte und als solches sollen sie diese, im Wintersemester zum ersten Mal stattfindende, Veranstaltung anstossen. Wir werden maßstabslos, also im realen Raum arbeiten, drinnen, draussen, auch schriftlich, aber vor allem direkt umgesetzt. Prozess und Beobachtung werden den Workshops als Thematik und Herangehensweise zugrunde liegen.

Environments läuft bis Mitte Dezember und findet bis dahin in 3 Blockveranstaltungen statt. Workshop mit allen Fr 9.10. 10 - 13 Uhr und Mo 12.10. 10 - 13 Uhr Environments 2009 ist themtisch eng an das Entwerfen EM2 SURFACE natural/artificial und TOPOGRAPHIES/TOPOLOGIES gebunden. Es wird allen empfohlen, auch diese Lehrveranstaltungen zu absolvieren.
