In this workshop we will focus on two aspects of the game: Serving and Receiving.
Since these are the first two actions in a game, they have the greatest influence on its outcome.

The serve will be worked on both analytically and dynamically, evaluating which technical aspects can be improved to enhance the action and which strategic aspects can be refined to make it more effective.

Receiving will be approached from both a technical and tactical perspective. By improving contact and passing angles, we aim to increase its efficiency, adapting to the various types of serves encountered.

Furthermore we will focus on the competitive aspect. Within each match, there are many “mini-games” played—attack versus defense, defense versus attack, and in this case, serving versus receiving and receiving versus attack. This will allow us to test the fundamentals we’ve worked on.
